"My professional career began in theatre design, followed by seven years within feature film production and, prior to freelance copywriting, Head of Viewer Services (North) at ITV Plc covering all published material in support of programming across ITV Yorkshire, Granada, Tyne Tees and Border regions. During this time I project managed viewer support systems and wrote the accompanying literature and web content for ITV's 2004 network campaign "Walk For Life" in association with Learn Direct.

Establishing Words To Fitt in 2004, as a freelance copywriter I enjoy collaborating with national creative companies, large organisations, SMEs, sole traders and individual clients.  In 2007 I co founded and became a Director of the Big Ideas Collective, a creative communications consultancy and powerhouse of creative talent with a teeny tiny carbon footprint.  The Big Ideas Collective were recipients of an Honourable Mention in the global Green Dot Awards 2008.
